Jonathan Mamora

July 14 @ 3:00 pm 4:00 pm

Solo piano aficionados are in for a treat as Jonathan Mamora takes the stage, bringing remarkable technical command and expressive depth to every performance. A southern California native, Mamora has performed internationally since age 13 and is a recent first-prize winner at the Hilton Head International Piano Competition, among other prestigious awards. Audiences are invited to a pre-concert talk at 7:00 p.m.

This appearance highlights a long-standing artistic connection between Green Lake Festival of Music and Hilton Head International Piano Competition. Artistic & Executive Director Sam Handley notes, “We are truly fortunate to have a formalized relationship with Hilton Head… Many thanks to Sylvia Thompson Richards.” Mamora’s performance reflects this collaboration, bringing exceptional talent nurtured through competitive and educational pathways to the Green Lake Festival of Music stage. It’s an evening that celebrates excellence, mentorship, and the enduring bonds that connect performers, competitions, and audiences.

No tickets required! Since 2016, GLFM has offered concerts without direct charge, instead relying on generous support from grants, corporations, sponsors, individual donors, and free-will donations at concerts.
